WHO WE ARE
Together 5000 is a study for gay and bisexual men, and trans men and trans women who have sex with men. It is being conducted by the CUNY School of Public Health in NYC and funded by the National Institutes for Health.

Our team is made up of LGBT individuals and community representatives. We are driven by a single goal: to do our part in improving the well being of our community. We are a national study, 5000 strong, working to end HIV together.

What does participating involve?
Participants in t5k will complete at-home online surveys and receive a free at-home HIV test to take in the privacy of their own home. The study is completely confidential. Interested in joining? Take this survey to see if you are eligible. You could earn up to $200!
